Definitions


Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Progress Bank has no affiliates.

Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Progress Bank does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Progress Bank does not jointly market.

Other Important Information: Progress Bank may change the policies and procedures provided in this Privacy Statement, due to changes in the law or changes in our operations, and we will notify you of these changes as required by law.
